At Fresh Fruit, customer satisfaction is taken seriously. Since our products are fresh and perishable, returns and refunds are handled carefully and fairly.
Returns
Due to the nature of fresh food and beverages, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered. Therefore, all products are checked before dispatch to ensure quality and freshness.
Refunds
Refunds are considered only in the following situations:
- If an incorrect item has been delivered
- If a product has arrived damaged or spoiled
- If an order has not been delivered as confirmed
In such cases, a refund request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Clear photos or details may be requested for verification.
Refund Process
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed. Accordingly, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are allowed only before preparation begins. After preparation has started, cancellations and refunds will not be possible.
